SWFTArea

SWFTArea ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SWFTArea mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, phone number, and email address when you register.
Location data: your device's GPS location while the app is in use, used to track deliveries and match riders to nearby jobs.
Camera & photos: used to capture package photos for delivery confirmation and to upload verification documents.
Payment information: order amounts and wallet balances. Card details are processed securely by Paystack and never stored on our servers.
Device information: device token for push notifications (FCM).

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To process, track, and complete delivery orders.
To calculate fares and process payments.
To send SMS and push notifications about your orders.
To verify the identity of riders and partners.
To improve the app and resolve issues.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as necessary:

Riders: receive the pickup address, recipient name, and delivery contact to complete a job.
Partners (parks): see order details for packages processed through their location.
Paystack: payment processor — subject to Paystack's Privacy Policy.
Google (Firebase/Maps): push notifications and map services — subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
SMS providers: Termii, used solely to send order and OTP notifications.

4. Location Data

Location is collected while the app is open (foreground) for riders during active deliveries. We do not share precise location data with third parties beyond what is needed to match and complete a delivery.

5. Data Retention

Account and order data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords and PINs are hashed. Payment details are handled exclusively by Paystack.

7. Children's Privacy

SWFTArea is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
